After we voted time after time after time, 80+% of the voters, when asked, "Do we want to designate the Okefenokee as a UN World Heritage site?" "We the People" said "NO!" So, when we vote, it means NOTHING!!! Please note, the UN and some traitors in high places decided they knew what was good for us! The little note numbers are mine, and here is what I am pointing out. 1 is the word "Coreric". When did the media start using such important-sounding words? Definition provided by the Cambridge Dictionary: "A small group of people with shared interests, often one that does not want other people to join them." NOW it sounds political. I have been wondering what in the world is going on here. Last year, continuing into this year, we have lost four of our dogs to various maladies. All four of them we brought with us from Tennessee. Rosabelle was a close fifth, but last year we spent nearly $1,000 to save her life. She's doing great, thanks to all of you who have supported us both in spirit, with prayers and good wishes. About two weeks ago, Loki, my former guard dog, now turned House Hippo, we found a spot on his belly that looked exactly like my hernia; about the same size too. That "little spot this weekend grew to baseball size. He wasn't acting like himself, and I am still a bit worried that we were going to lose him too! I had to call around to get him seen, and Dr. Flanders at the Veterinary Clinic saw him at 10:40 this morning.
