I am experimenting with converting JPEGs to PDFs. Let's see if it works. Now I have retyped the original front-page story from the Waycross Journal-Herald, Wednesday, July 29, 2026. After we voted time after time after time, 80+% of the voters, when asked, "Do we want to designate the Okefenokee as a UN World Heritage site?" "We the People" said "NO!" So, when we vote, it means NOTHING!!! Please note, the UN and some traitors in high places decided they knew what was good for us! The little note numbers are mine, and here is what I am pointing out. 1 is the word "Coreric". When did the media start using such important-sounding words? Definition provided by the Cambridge Dictionary: "A small group of people with shared interests, often one that does not want other people to join them." NOW it sounds political. These One-World, Save-the-Planet morons think that we are also stupid! I think not! The 2 is: "Everyone is just thrilled??" Again, I think not!! This is a call to have this designation removed!! Get the UN out of the USA, and the USA divest itself from anything to do with the UN!!! They CANNOT, and I believe we have laws against ceding control of ANY US territory to any organization like the One-World fools at the UN!!
Okefenokee Earns World Heritage Status
UNESCO tag ends decades-long effort
Special to the WJH
BUSAN, South Korea -- The Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge is now a World Heritage site.
The United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization’s World Heritage committee approved the addition around midnight EDT Saturday and about 1 p.m. Sunday in Busan, site of the meeting.
The decision was reached without debate from the international committee set up to recognize sites of universal environmental or cultural importance, but the effort to join that coterie¹ was more than four decades in the making.
“The Okefenokee is a place where nature still reigns,” Kim Bednarek, executive director of Okefenokee Swamp Park and Adventures, said in an acceptance speech. “Across more than 400,000 acres, water, fire, peat, and time continue to shape an intact wetland, reminding us that conservation is about protecting the natural systems that sustain life itself.”
Georgia Rivers Executive Director, Rena Peck, described the celebration in a phone call from Busan with a lot of clapping and cheering in the background.
“Everyone’s just thrilled,”² she said. “People from all countries are coming up to congratulate us. It’s just a vision of world peace. You have all these different nations caring about protecting their treasures and sharing those treasures with the world, and the world is recognizing the Okefenokee.”

I have been wondering what in the world is going on here. Last year, continuing into this year, we have lost four of our dogs to various maladies. All four of them we brought with us from Tennessee. Rosabelle was a close fifth, but last year we spent nearly $1,000 to save her life. She's doing great, thanks to all of you who have supported us both in spirit, with prayers and good wishes. About two weeks ago, Loki, my former guard dog, now turned House Hippo, we found a spot on his belly that looked exactly like my hernia; about the same size too. That "little spot this weekend grew to baseball size. He wasn't acting like himself, and I am still a bit worried that we were going to lose him too! I had to call around to get him seen, and Dr. Flanders at the Veterinary Clinic saw him at 10:40 this morning. Now, I have to give HUGE props to Loki, as he was the best boi this morning, not even grumbling one bit, even when they stuck a needle into him to get a sample. He flinched, but I was ...
BATTLECREW!! WTF??? GP5K
Please note the bias in the following statement I will quote word for word. "NBC & ABC WILL NOT AIR TRUMP ADDRESS ON THEIR NETWORKS. The president's planned address tonight will stream on both networks' digital platforms instead. The speech is expected to focus on his false claims that the 2020 election was 'stolen'" THAT is not reporting the news! Let's start with the fact that they will not cover him on broadcast TV live. Why not? Because they can't control the narrative. I'll be willing to bet that the broadcast would have been viewed on TV at least 50% higher rating than on cell phones or computers. That's bad enough. However, please note that they never use his title, which is the proper format. No other President of the United States was EVER treated with this much disrespect! He is President Trump; like it or not YOU, as a certified news organization, are supposed to use his title!! The next sentence after the all-in-bold-letters header, starts with, ...
